Optima seek to provide a wide range of consultancy support to our clients to meet both their immediate need and provide support for the longer term also.  We have defined our services to support three key areas of client support; Business Consultancy, Interim Management and Contract Management.  Each of these consultancy streams is set out in more detail under the appropriate heading, however we will work with our clients to fulfil their requirements if their demand falls outside of these areas.
